The Challenge: Showcasing Complete Vertical Integration
Lennox presented a challenge beyond typical corporate video production; they needed to showcase their entire vertical process, from raw manufacturing to critical emergency installation. Our goal was to tell the complete story of their complex infrastructure. This included their production backbone, workforce development programs, deep-rooted safety culture, unique manufacturing processes, boots-on-the-ground installation teams, vast product distribution network, and strategic reserve inventory.
The Solution: A Multi-Location Industrial Videography Strategy
To capture this comprehensive narrative, our team executed a multi-location video production project, filming across three strategic locations: Saltillo, Mexico; Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas; and Stuttgart, Arkansas.
Emergency Response & Installation Videography (Dallas, TX)
Our documentation of an emergency replacement in the Dallas area captured the critical 3 a.m. response capabilities that set Lennox apart in the market. This wasn’t just simple product photography; we filmed the entire emergency response process. This footage highlights their robust distribution network and expert installation teams mobilized when a system fails and needs immediate replacement, providing invaluable content for both marketing and training videos.
Manufacturing & Factory Grand Opening (Saltillo, Mexico)
The scope of our industrial videography expanded internationally to cover the grand opening of Lennox’s state-of-the-art Saltillo, Mexico factory. We documented their manufacturing backbone by capturing units being assembled on advanced production lines featuring cutting-edge robotics. To add a human element, we conducted compelling corporate interviews with key leadership, from C-suite executives to line operators.
Technical & Documentary Production (Fort Worth, TX & Stuttgart, AR)
In Fort Worth, our focus was on creating detailed product installation videos that demonstrated the technical capabilities of their teams. Meanwhile, in Stuttgart, Arkansas, we produced a historic factory documentary, capturing decades of manufacturing heritage and community impact. Strategic drone footage and sweeping facility coverage were used across multiple locations to powerfully demonstrate the scale of their reserve inventory and distribution infrastructure.
